Wait List Policy: If a class has reached capacity, you will be given the option to register for the Wait List. If a spot
comes available, you will be notified by email. You have 48 hours to accept or decline the spot, or it will expire and move
to the next person on the list. If you accept the spot, you will be directed to CampBrain to pay in order to secure your
spot.
Refund Policy: For cancellations received on or before May 1, 100% tuition will be refunded, less the registration fee.
Cancellations received between May 1 – May 31, fees will be refunded less the registration fee and 50% of the tuition. No
refunds will be given for cancellations after May 31.
Holiday: Federal holidays are June 19th and July 4th. There will be no classes for students and teachers.
Conferences: Advisors will schedule conferences for all students in their advisory. The advisor will contact parents to
determine a time to meet by phone or in person during the last week of summer school. Students in credit courses and
Summer Scholars will receive grades or reports by email.
Carpool: Students attending morning classes may be dropped off in the carpool area beginning at 8:45 am (no
earlier). Students are to be picked up in the designated carpool area immediately following their last class. A late fee of
one dollar per minute will be charged for late pick up. Students who are only attending the Morning EC and Kindergarten
program dismiss at 11:45 at the Lower School Entrance.
Kindergarten – 8th Grade Aftercare: Supervised care will be offered from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. Registration will be
limited. Fee: $250 for three weeks. Aftercare students must be picked up promptly at 5:30 pm. A late fee of one dollar
per minute will be charged for late pick up.
Credit Course Policies (Waiver will be signed upon registration):
• Internet access and a personal device are required for the Friday, June 6 Virtual Class.
• For each summer semester credit course, a student may not miss more than the equivalent of 6 total hours or credit will
not be issued. This includes tardies, leaving early and/or absences.
• Students MUST attend the last day of classes.
Campus Policy: Students may only be on campus during their scheduled classes. If there is a break between classes,
students must be picked up. There is no supervision for students who are not enrolled in a class.
Summer School Dress Code: Students not in compliance with attire requirements will be asked to change into
clothes borrowed from the school, have a parent bring appropriate clothes, or be sent home.
• Clothing must be appropriate, causal and conducive to an academic learning environment.
• Athletic shoes are required for students enrolled in the Early Childhood and Kindergarten Morning Programs, Dance and
Cheer, Sports-A-Rama, Sports Club, and Yoga Movement and Mindfulness.
• Middle and Upper School students must wear jeans, athletic pants, or leggings. Shorts and skirts are NOT permitted for
5th – 12th graders. Jeans, athletic pants, or leggings may be capri length or ankle length, and must not have rips or tears
that expose bare skin. Leggings should be worn with a long shirt that reaches mid-thigh.
• No distractive clothing, hats, bare midriffs, halter tops, tank tops, sleeveless or spaghetti strap tops, and no inappropriate
pictures, graphics, slogans; no visible tattoos.
• Pierced jewelry may only be visible in the earlobes, and should not be large or distracting.
• Hair must be a natural color.
• Shoes must be closed-toe and have a back or back strap on the heel. No slippers, flip flops, high heels (over 1 inch), or
shoes that are distracting. Shoes should be appropriate for a learning environment.
Lunch: If students attend both morning and afternoon sessions, they may purchase a hot lunch for $75 for all three
weeks or bring a sack lunch and drink daily. Students are not allowed to leave campus for lunch.
Supplies: All supplies are provided except where noted in class descriptions.
Homework: Early Childhood – 8th grades: No Homework. 9th – 12th grades: Decided by individual teacher.
