Sports Programs
Grade levels refer to the grade your student will enter in the fall.
A minimum of 10 students is required for all Sports Programs.
BOYS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Dates: June 2 – July 24
Grades 9 – 12
Monday – Thursday / 7:30 am – 9:30 am
(no training June 19th
and the week of June 30th – July 4th)
This is a seven-week multi-sport high-intensity strength and
conditioning program for high school student athletes. This
four-day-per-week program will increase each athlete’s overall
performance and prepare them for great success on the court
or field of play.
Location: Shelton Weight Room
Fee: $560.00
Weekly Option Fee: per week $100
Led by: Strength & Conditioning Coordinator Tony Ollison and
assistant coaches
GIRLS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Dates: June 2 – July 24
Grades 9– 12
Monday – Thursday / 9:30 am – 10:30 am
(no training June 19th
and the week of June 30th – July 4th)
This is a seven-week multi-sport high-intensity strength and
conditioning program for high school student athletes. This

BOYS & GIRLS SOCCER SKILLS
Dates: June 2 – 6
Grades 9 – 12
Monday – Friday / 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
This skills program will teach the basic techniques of soccer, including
dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, team, and game strategies.
Location: Shelton Soccer Field
Fee: $300.00
Led by: Men’s Varsity Coach Julio Villarruel, Women’s Coach and
Assistant Varsity Coach Ricardo Diaz
GIRLS VOLLEYBALL SKILLS CLINIC
Dates: June 23rd – 26th
Grades 9 – 12
Monday – Thursday /11:00 am – 12:30 pm
This is a four-day Volleyball skills development camp. Each practice
will emphasize on–court instruction in the following areas: serving,
position work, match play, and technique.
Location: Shelton Gym
Fee: $275.00
Led by Varsity Volleyball coaches
