ATHLETICS
CROSS COUNTRY
Practice times are before school. Meets are scheduled
starting in August and continue through the end
of October. Off-season conditioning encompasses
physical training, spin bike training, and distance
running. Team participation requires minimum
performance standards. Eighth-period Athletics is not
required.
Grade Level: 9, 10, 11, 12
Type: Option for half of one (1) required
PE/Athletics credit

Prerequisites: None
FOOTBALL
Practices are held after school. Games are scheduled
starting in mid-August and continue through early
December. Pre-season workouts and off-season
conditioning are included for credit consideration.
Eighth-period Athletics is required both semesters.
In season, the team meets before and after school.
